I stuck her in the Ballycorus at Leopardstown to have a look, as she's won around there before, but I'd say that will be tasty. I'd nearly go Listed before that. She has a good mind and definitely wants good ground, that's the key to her. It's lovely to have a really nice filly like her.

I'm delighted to get her head in front and she's beaten two very good geldings. She gave away a lot of weight on her first run of the year, when she bumped into two smart fillies, and got a little bit tired. She'll probably step back into group company now and she's particularly effective on soft ground - wherever she goes she'll be kept on easier ground. She's a Group 3 and Listed winner and it would be great if we could get her into Group 2s. There is a nice one on Guineas weekend but obviously we'll be guided by conditions.

He got shuffled back so he had to sit where he was but she travelled lovely. I think she's quite smart. She'll definitely go for a stakes race next time, where I don't know. He said she loved that ground as well.

She's a lovely honest filly. The ground comes all the same to her, she's handled heavy and she handled that,. She's a light filly so I didn't have any doubts she'd handle that. I probably had her wrong and Colin had her right. I thought the way the race was run it wasn't going to suit as it turned into a sprint, she's pacier than I gave her credit for. I had her down as a horse, going forward, that would go further sooner rather than later. Colin has her as having more speed than I gave her credit for, thankfully he was right. He was in the right place on her and she answered and did it well. You couldn't knock the performance. When you get those fillies you try and win a maiden to tick the first box and then you are looking for black-type and winning black-type is brilliant. I just thought we were going too slow, they were doing 14 seconds fractions and that's too slow. I was thinking we're in trouble and that speed is just going to go past us. Thankfully I was wrong about my filly, she's quicker than I gave her credit for.

We're very happy with her. She's a nice filly. She came into us at the end of July, she was in pre-training with Nicky Stokes who did a great job with her. She was a big backward filly and everything she's done with us she's been very good. It's lovely for the owner/breeder, Francis Jennings, it's a pity he didn't have a double as he was second in the first race. We had the dam, Drumfad Bay, this is only the second produce. Her half-sister by Lope De Vega is in Fairyhouse (Sales) next week, so that's very good timing. We've a few of these Blue Points, they showed a lot early in the season but they grew on us. They are very nice and we have a few of them to come out. She might appear again, Shane (Foley) said she was not in love with that ground at all and we'll see what the weather does. It would be nice to pick up a bit of black-type with her and you'd maybe look at the Staffordstown (Stud Stakes at Curragh) with her. That would be a nice stepping stone.

They went very hard up front. Billy said she jumped smart but he just wanted to settle her in,. She was a bit free and leery, the road is about 100 yards after the stalls, so he just wanted to get her into a nice rhythm. She's a bit nervous and the whole thing about today was to get her started. The owner has been very patient with her and we wanted to get her started, give her a good day out and see where we go from there. It's a beautiful track and it's riding lovely, there is a lovely long straight. She turned in and Billy said he gave her a chance and she just lengthened the whole way to the line and she loved it. How good the race was, I don't know. She's been doing that at home but she's just a little bit leery, she's nervous and hasn't got confidence in herself. That will do her the world of good, she only got one flick there. Nancy Sexton sent her to me. Those colours are 100 years old in Chile and it's the first time they've been seen here in Ireland so it's a great pleasure to train a winner first time out for Arturo. She's a filly we've always liked and I'm delighted for her owner Abdullah. He bought this filly after her debut run at Naas,. We went to Ascot thinking we had a live one and things just didn't happen for her, with the way the race panned out. That can happen with a two-year-old, being so inexperienced going there. Things didn't work out the last day again but she's come out of that, back to six and she's finished out her race lovely. Dylan gave her a lovely ride. She looks like a filly that will continue to improve, she doesn't over-race and she settles and relaxes. She came home well and we're delighted for everyone. Dylan said he was going to get her to relax, get her behind something, and if he was happy with what was in front of him he was just going to follow. She's in the Debutante but it might be a little bit soon because she's actually starting to grow a little bit. We'll see what happens, we might step up in grade and stay at six. A faster run race might suit her. She's has black-type already, she's won her maiden, so now it's about trying to win a stakes race. Something like the Firth Of Clyde could be a race for her, she handles a little ease in it. She should be able to go and win her stakes race, she's a sister to a Group 1 winner (Lezoo) so it's all about adding to that now.
