The winner, Haku (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Kempton on 7th September 2024, where the gelding finished ninth of ten runners, beaten by 12 lengths.
It was noted that Mark Loughnane could offer no explanation for the improved form of Haku (IRE) other than that the gelding performers well at Wolverhampton.
Haku (IRE) was routine tested.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Fearless Bay (IRE), unplaced, finished lame on its right fore.
