The Stewards interviewed Mr C.A. Hughes, rider of Castlebawn, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(f)(force) and (g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account suspended him for 7 race days and also advised him to familiarise himself with the rules.

Rules ? A Hunters Certificate valid in accordance with Rule 78 for the 2019/2020 season for each horse engaged must be registered at the Office of the I.N.H.S. Committee, The Curragh, Co.
