Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iii), the Stewards allowed Smart Flies, trained by J. S. Bolger, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91

The Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Skitter Scatter (USA), ridden by R.P
Whelan, placed first and Zagitova, ridden by R.L. Moore , placed fourth, where it appeared that Zagitova ran short of room and checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that any interference caused was accidental in nature and took no further action. Mr. P.N. Reynolds and Mr. N.B. Wachman, Acting Stewards, absented themselves from this enquiry
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Just Wonderful (USA), trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
