He was very sick earlier in the year. He did really well as I thought he might be a bit short of fitness for today. I'd say it was pure ability that got him through as he's a class horse. We may go back hurdling over a trip he is also very well handicapped on the flat. Mickey did really well and he is one of the best seven pound claimers in the country. Eoin Doyle, trainer
