Having reviewed the start the Stewards were satisfied that More Joy (FR) had refused to race and was deemed to be a runner.
An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of More Joy (FR) which had refused to race.
Micky Hammond was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
As the filly had also refused to race at Cartmel on 26/06/22, Hammond was informed that any future similar behaviour from More Joy (FR) may result in the horse being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
