The Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Immutable, ridden by G.F. Carroll, Trachonitus, ridden by K.J. Manning, and Newport (GB), ridden by P.A. Harnett where it appeared that the runners got close
Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tea Olive (FR), trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
J.A. Powell, rider of Tea Olive (FR) trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left out of the starting stalls
The Stewards reviewed an incident on leaving the starting stalls involving Trachonitus, ridden by K.J. Manning, Newport (GB), ridden by P.A. Harnett, and Tea Olive (FR), ridden by J.A. Powell where it appeared that Newport(GB) and Tea Olive (FR) jumped left and collided causing Trachonitus to be impeded. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
