The representative of Mark Johnston was informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
As it was the second occasion within the previous 12 months that Kwanza (GB) had been reported, a further report within the same period would mean the filly would be prevented from having a stalls test for 6 months.
Conor McGovern the rider of Twiggy (GB), and James Sullivan the rider of Harperelle (GB), had fallen 2 furlongs out.
Both riders were interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
Having heard their evidence, it was found that the incident was accidental and was caused by Twiggy (GB) clipping the heel of the winner Chinese Spirit (IRE), resulting in Harperelle (GB) being brought down.
