Tune The Chello wins Killarney's opener
she is real honest and genuine and stays really well but isn't slow either. I rode her on her first hurdles run and I didn't think she was that slow but she stays well. We went a nice even gallop and she quickened up well in the straight. She handles soft ground so every bit of rain helped and she has plenty options now.

Peregrine Run adds another to his collection
Everyone will be thrilled with him. Everyone in the yard is massively involved with him. To go and win 17 races is unbelievable. He is a credit to everyone. He idled a bit going down to the last and then he picked up a bit from the back of it. That's him, I suppose, he doesn't do much when he gets to the front. That's why he is able to run so often. He minds himself too. He got away with it (the ground) today. When I got out of the car and it was raining I was getting a bit disappointed. We have him since a young horse and it's a fair achievement for what he has done. I think he is not finished winning yet. He'll definitely have an entry for the Galway Plate, but come Galway midweek the ground always gets a bit soft for him and he is going to probably have top weight this year.

Knock On Steel proves his mettle
His run over hurdles the last day crowned him because he took a blow going to the last and it brought him on. We didn't get him away and he is only in since the end of March, so we are delighted with him. He wants drier ground, so I thought with the rain it was after doing our chances in; hopefully we'll have fun for the summer now.
