The apparent improvement in form of the winner, JONGLEUR D’ETOILES (FR), which had never previously been placed, was considered.
The explanation given by Neil Mulholland that the gelding has been steadily improving and having ran well on its previous appearance Mulholland thought JONGLEUR D’ETOILES (FR) was suited by, in his opinion, a weaker race on this occasion, was noted.
