Permission was given for Velasco (IRE) to wear a red hood in the parade ring only and to go early to post.
Nathan Moscrop, rider of Velasco (IRE), had fallen approaching the bend leaving the home straight going onto the second circuit.
The rider was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
It was found that no other horse or rider was involved and was caused by Velasco (IRE) slipping and the gelding losing its hindquarters.
