The winner, Greengage (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Newcastle on 28 December 2020 where the mare finished seventh of eleven, beaten 8¾ lengths.
Tristan Davidson’s explanation that the mare was found to be off colour after her last race and has benefitted from a break since then, was noted.
Greengage (IRE) was routine tested.
