TWIN SUN'S won from a mark of 63 last season and won here from a 1lbs higher mark. The gelding pulled his way to the front early on and made virtually all, staying on inside the final furlong. This was only an average contest but the winner may win again in a similar race.

IMPOSSIBLE DREAM ran a sound race in second and can win a handicap while EMILY BLAKE has failed to build on her two consecutive handicap wins last season but stayed on well, in the centre of the track, and should win again this season.

BOROU won once in England in 2005 and ran reasonably well to take fourth while MONTHLY MEDAL never figured.

Non-Runner was Storm Averted (infection in hind leg).
