Unforgetable wins Fairyhouse's opener for O'Brien & Crosse
we really liked her at home and she's really taken a big step forward from her first run. She finished third first time and we didn't get the clearest of runs but she showed enough that she could do a job for us. I jumped her out good and smart and I had to use her for the first furlong. You'd have to like her attitude and she's nice. She was just half speeding from a furlong-and-a-half down and then I gave her a flick and she puts her ears back. Ours really do take a big jump from the first run to second run and hopefully that's not the end of her. I've no doubt that she will get seven but she's showing lots of speed and there is no need to go there yet.
Winster's win continues Slattery's daily successes
she was just wrong early in the year. She's a very good filly. She was fourth in a very hot Listed race at the Curragh last year and she's a black-type filly. We'll see what the handicapper does, weigh up our options, and see where we go. We've always liked her a lot and she's a very smart filly.
Super Treat scores for Doyle & Lee
he did it well, bounced very smart from a badish draw and I was able to get a nice position all the way. He travelled really well, I was there plenty soon enough and could have done with a lead a bit longer, but I had no choice as he was going too easy. I'd say he was just having a look going to the line but he did it well. I was third on him in Cork over seven and he was third over six in Leopardstown. On his last two runs there were excuses for him. The ground went soft for him in Tipperary and he wouldn't have liked it. He likes that ground, well watered nice ground. He's won now and hopefully he can go on a win a handicap.

She's a lovely filly. She's just had issues with her feet for the last six or seven weeks,. She's very genuine and I'd say she has plenty of ability. Robbie said she wasn't doing much but once he pulled her out she flew home. It was the same in Sligo and she wants a bit of juice in the ground. She might come back here on Wednesday and if she could sneak into Galway I'd say she'll go there. If she got a bit of juice in it she'd love going up the hill. A good friend of mine Ian Brennan, who used to ride, recommended her to me so it's up to him that we have her.
Whelan doubles up at Fairyhouse as Fahey receives a boost
he's (Sea The Lion) not great as there is a bit of heat in one of the tendons this morning. All the plans for him are on hold now at the minute until we get him assessed.
Eadbhard easily wins Fairyhouse's nightcap
I wasn't sure if he'd win by quite that far. He just likes to be dropped in and ridden for a bit of luck. I probably got there plenty soon enough but he's won well in the end. We went a good gallop all the way and I think that is ideally what he wants. It worked out well. There were a good few in it with chances but I was happy enough with my lad coming into today. He had a good run the last day when he didn't have much luck and flew home.
