Phil Dennis, the rider of Conservative (IRE), had been unseated rounding the stable bend.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no other horse or rider was involved in the unseat and was caused by the gelding hanging violently left-handed and running off the course, and when doing so severely hampering The Nu Form Way (FR).
An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong involving Eeetee (IRE), placed sixth, ridden by Daniel Tudhope and A La Francaise (GB), placed second, ridden by Paul Mulrennan.
Mulrennan was cautioned for careless riding as he was slow to correct his mount from drifting left-handed, carrying Tudhope briefly off his intended line.
Fairmac (GB) drawn 1, anticipated the start and accelerated the gate at the same moment as the race had been started.
Being satisfied that it was not caused through a faulty action of the starting stalls, no further action was taken.
Following the race, Daniel Tudhope reported that Eeetee (IRE), placed sixth, ran too free.
Callum Rodriguez reported that The Nu Form Way (FR), unplaced, was badly hampered rounding the stable bend.
