An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the two furlong marker involving the winner, Heartwarmer (GB), ridden by Kevin Stott and Cotai Vision (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Shane Kelly.
Stott was cautioned for careless riding as he angled his mount right-handed when insufficiency clear of a weakening Cotai Vision (IRE), causing Kelly to take a slight check.
Following the race, Jack Doughty reported that Cinque Verde (GB), unplaced, jumped awkwardly and hit its head when leaving the stalls, sustaining a minor wound to its left nostril.
