The Starter reported that Karibana (IRE) was unruly, broke out of stalls and was withdrawn.
Richard Hughes was informed that the colt could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
An enquiry was held to consider the circumstances surrounding the timescale in which Shane Kelly returned to the unsaddling enclosure on Karibana (IRE), which had been withdrawn at the Start.
Kelly, the Starters and the Clerk of the Course were interviewed.
Having heard their evidence, the Stewards ordered a report to be forwarded to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority for further consideration.
