An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after turning in when SHACKLED N DRAWN (USA), unplaced, ridden by Charles Bishop, interfered with the winner, SOCIAL BUTTERFLY (IRE), ridden by Franny Norton. Bishop was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift right-handed without timely correction resulting in Norton having to take a check.
