B.J. Cooper, rider of Vanishing Point (GB) trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having made a bad mistake at the third last hurdle. The Stewards requested a report from Henry de Bromhead, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of The King Of Brega, placed first, as compared with its recent form.
