Gabrials Boy (GB) ran the previous day, 11 September 2020, at Chester and finished last of seven runners.
Having been examined by the Veterinary Officer, the gelding was deemed fit to race.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final furlong when Victory Chime (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Paul Hanagan interfered with Prejudice (GB), placed third, ridden by Callum Shepherd.
Hanagan was cautioned for careless riding as he angled his mount right-handed carrying Shepherd off his intended line.
Following the race, Jimmy Quinn reported that Gabrials Boy (GB), placed sixth, stopped quickly; the Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities.
