Shes Some Doll and Dempsey in money again
She's very consistent in fairness to her. She couldn't get into a rhythm over fences the last day. When she misses one she just can't get back into a rhythm, but she was good there today. We had her in at a low enough price and we'll see if we can get her back. It was nice to get a win with her.
Mister Beeton delivers on jumping debut
He deserved that and I was delighted with him. To be honest, I thought coming here today that we were a winner without a penalty,. He got too far back the last day and stayed on very well. I don't know whether he would have beaten Willie's horse but he would have been a bit closer and we could have made a race of it anyway. Unfortunately, John (Clarke, owner) isn't here today but it's great to get a winner for him.

Petrol Head motors home for Donoghue
He obviously went up to 101 after his last win and he struggled a bit for a few different reasons. He went down a bit in the handicap and the handicapper was fair to him. He dropped him 6lb. With the favourite coming out, it gave everyone a chance. I don't think the favourite would have been beaten, that was a help. Today was the plan and we'll see how we get on now.
Well Polly a landmark winner for Lee
That's my first winner as a trainer, I had a few point-to-point winners over the years but that's my first winner on the track. She's a funny old lady and Darragh (O'Keeffe) was the key to her today, to be fair. We put the cheekpieces on her the last day and they just changed her jumping, she jumped so much slicker today. She has plenty of ability but it's just a matter of getting it out of her. I'm delighted to get it. The plan was to go over fences after this, if she didn't do it today, but we might give her another crack at the same thing again. We'll enjoy today anyway.
Rockstown Girl makes a taking debut for McCann
We've always loved her,. She was supposed to go for a bumper last year, Jonathan Moore was very sweet on her and we were supposed to go to England but she suffered a hairline fracture in her last piece of work. We gave her the time off, Avril took her home, and she went into Gillian Scott's for pre-training just after Christmas. She did a fantastic job with her and she came to me eight weeks ago. She's a very nice filly and I sourced her last year off a friend and I kept a share in her myself.
