Upon leaving the stalls, Prosili (IRE), placed fourth, jumped right-handed, bumping Secret Acquisition (GB), placed eighth, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Prosili (IRE).
An enquiry was held to consider interference just inside the 2 furlong marker involving Elusive Heights (IRE), placed seventh, ridden by Gemma Tutty and Prosili (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Ben Curtis.
Curtis was cautioned for careless riding as he angled right-handed when insufficiently clear, causing Elusive Heights (IRE) to be briefly checked in its run.
The winner, Capriolette (IRE), appeared to show improved form, compared with its previous run at Lingfield on 13 February 2021 where the mare finished seventh of ten runners, beaten by 8¾ lengths.
The representative of Ed Walker explained that Capriolette (IRE) had appreciated the drop in grade to Class 6 handicap company on this occasion.
Their explanation was noted and the mare was routine tested.
