The Starter reported that A Sure Welcome (GB) refused to enter the stalls and was withdrawn at 7:12 pm.
The representative of Henry Oliver was informed that as it was the third occasion within the previous 12 months the gelding had been reported, A Sure Welcome (GB) would not be able to have a stalls test for 6 months.
