The Raceday privilege request in relation to Love Dreams (IRE), trained by Michael Blake, to go early to post, was late being submitted.
Blake was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all privilege requests are submitted before 1pm on the day before racing.
An enquiry was held to consider interference entering the first bend involving Open Mystery (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Elisha Whittington; Doc Sportello (IRE), placed third, ridden by Clifford Lee and Miss Mawatheeq (GB), placed fifth, ridden by Oliver Stammers.
Lee was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift left-handed without correction, causing Whittington to take a check aboard Open Mystery (GB) and further causing Miss Mawatheeq (GB) to become unbalanced.
Following the race, Clifford Lee reported that Doc Sportello (IRE), placed third, hung left-handed and Oliver Stammers reported that Miss Mawatheeq (GB), placed fifth, ran green.
