An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of I Love Paris (IRE) which had refused to go to post.
The representative of Ed Walker was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
As the filly had also been unruly and refused to go to post on 4 November 2023 at Newmarket and 31 July 2024 at Sandown, the matter was referred to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
Following the race, Jason Watson reported that Dr Foster (GB), placed fifth, hung right-handed and Levi Bedford reported that Thoughtful Gift (GB), unplaced, ran too free.
