The Stewards interviewed Miss E.J. Sweeney, rider of Allduckornodinner, concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that she was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Miss E.J. Sweeney was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) (frequency) and having considered her record they cautioned her on this occasion
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Glen Ava, trained by Iain Jardine (in GB), at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
