Inside 1½ furlongs out, TILSWORH ONLY TA, placed third, lugged left-handed away from the whip inconveniencing Man On A Mission (GB), placed sixth.
However, after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved, nor had it improved the placing of TILSWORTH ONLY TA.
Following the race, Robyn Brisland reported that Kalka River (IRE), unplaced, made a respiratory noise.
An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of Jaas Yard (IRE), which had reared high simultaneously as the stalls opened before being reluctant to jump away and losing all chance of being competitive after surrendering a considerable amount of ground in the process.
The trainer, John Butler was interviewed and shown recordings of the start.
Taking into account the gelding had also reared as the stalls opened and unseated his rider at Lingfield on 4 March 2022, Butler was informed that any future similar behaviour from Jaas Yard (IRE), may result in the gelding being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
