See also » Airlie-Beach-now-two-from-two It was cosy enough in the end. She won her bumper here so obviously likes the track. The long term aim for her might be the Grade 3 hurdle at Down Royal. The same owners won it last year with Listen Dear. Hopefully she'll be good enough to go there and get some black-type. She actually has a three-year-old foal but it hasn't hindered her racing career. The father is Miguel Angel who won last month at Tramore. The foal is in training at the moment. The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, P.W. Murtagh, regarding the failure of A. Ring, rider of Muchadoboutnothing, placed sixth to weigh in after this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he was beaten by a very wide margin and did not visualise that he had finished sixth. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards disqualified Muchadoboutnothing from sixth place in accordance with the provisions of Rule 230(ii) and furthermore cautioned A. Ring for failing to comply with the provisions of Rule 227 whereby he was required to weigh in. M.W. Bowes, rider of Keady Lady, trained by P. Fegan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stumbled and fell independently on the flat for no apparent reason.
