Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - Douvan has been declared here in case anything untoward happens in the Champion Chase but UN DE SCEAUX is the one that's been headed in this direction for quite some time for team Closutton. Willie Mullins could hardly have his string in better form and Ruby Walsh is slotting seamlessly back in at number one after his injury enforced absence. Un De Sceaux has been a tremendous horse for connections, including when victorious here last year, and hopefully he'll prove more tractable on this occasion. He goes well in deep ground but the conservation of energy through the race will be important if the underfoot conditions remain demanding. In what has the makings of an exciting heat, it's difficult to put a line through anything with huge confidence.
