FormscanBy Donal Murphy - THE GREAT WHITE might be able to strike here on his handicap debut over fences. The winner of a point-to-point back in January of 2020, the striking gelding has managed one track success since, scoring over flights at Limerick in April of last year. Since placed twice over fences, he returns from a break now and it'll be disappointing if he is not involved towards the business end. Fellow handicap debutant Duchess Ravenwaves is given second preference. The versatile eight-year-old has four wins to her name and is sure to have plenty of supporters. Dontdooddson was second on his penultimate start and has definite claims on his debut for Eoin McCarthy, while top-weight Callthebarman is another leading contender. Presenting Bonnie is a four-time course winner but has been badly out of form of late and is difficult to fancy. A dual winner in the UK, Krujers Girl is of interest on her debut for Thomas Coyle, while Union Park is another with solid claims.
