That was a little bit unexpected as I thought she might need the run and was a small bit concerned over the ground as it was gluey. She is a fantastic mare and is a pleasure to have. We have already got black-type with her and whatever she did over hurdles was going to be a bonus. Michael (Mee, owner) has four horses with me and is a great man to me. Rachael is also fantastic and has been a huge asset to me. She might go to Punchestown next.

The Stewards interviewed S.A. Mulcahy, rider of Barna Gallery, concerning his use of the whip inside the last mile of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that S.A. Mulcahy was in breach of R10(3)(f) by using his whip with excessive frequency and R10(3)(c) by using his whip unnecessarily when he had obtained his maximum placing. Having considered his previous record, the Stewards suspended S.A. Mulcahy for 2 racedays. Mr. Charles Powell, Acting Steward, did not attend this enquiry
