Formscan By Mark Nunan - KARNIQUET is a half-brother to several jumps winners and was runner-up in both starts over hurdles in France early in the year. He went down by less than length on heavy ground at Auteuil when last seen in February and can make a winning start here for Willie Mullins. Point-to-point winner Downmexicoway disappointed when sent off favourite for a Punchestown festival bumper last year but made an encouraging return from a layoff when narrowly beaten on his hurdling debut at Galway. Olympy De Cerisy, runner-up in three bumpers, was well held on hurdles debut on his penultimate start.
