Patty claims bumper for Roche and O'Connor
Patty D was a solid favourite for the concluding ladies bumper at Limerick and ran out a convincing winner under Aine O'Connor. Tue 01st DecDullea's Cailin Dearg sees off more-fancied rivals
All the fancied ones came to challenge Cailin Dearg (22/1) in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares’ (Pro/Am) INH Flat Race but Darragh Allen’s mount fended them off in the straight to win by a length. Sun 25th Oct
After race at Limerick Tue, 1st Dec, 2020 (1st)
She is not overly big but we always thought a bit of her,. She won in my mother's (Noeleen) colours and is named after my late grandmother Patty Dunne who loved the racing so it is great to get the win. She is well bred, loves that ground and there is a 2m4f mares' maiden hurdle back here at Christmas so we might have a look at that. We'll see how she comes out of this and take it from there.
