She is not overly big but we always thought a bit of her,. She won in my mother's (Noeleen) colours and is named after my late grandmother Patty Dunne who loved the racing so it is great to get the win. She is well bred, loves that ground and there is a 2m4f mares' maiden hurdle back here at Christmas so we might have a look at that. We'll see how she comes out of this and take it from there. The Stewards interviewed Miss S. Larkin, rider of Blue Hen, concerning her use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Miss S. Larkin was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered her record they suspended her for 3 racedays
