she was a bit slow jumping the second last but the other one (Identity Thief) didn't get away from her and she winged the last. She puts her head down and she loves galloping. She'll go two and a half on better ground but she won't go to Cheltenham as she doesn't travel. She went there last year and she melted. We'll go to Fairyhouse and Punchestown with her - there's a mares Grade 1 hurdle at Punchestown and she could run in a Grade 2 at Fairyhouse also. She won a Listed race early on (this season) and then to come back after finishing second twice is fantastic. She is her own madam and has to go down to the gallops first at home. When she wants to go, she has to go and you can't wait.

That's great. All year she hasn't settled. We wanted to make the running the last time but we knew we probably couldn't. This time we said 'we're going to jump out and settle from the front'. She didn't jump as well in the first part of the race as she was looking around herself a good bit. When anything came to her Robbie said she picked up again, so she's back. She's a highly-strung mare and that's her problem. She'll go for the mares' race at Leopardstown now because she seems to stay all day.

She has just been unlucky this year. She was unlucky in the Royal Bond and last time she was just a bit too far out of it,. She was very good and he said she cantered everywhere. She still needs to relax a bit more. Two miles is her trip at the moment, and she will probably be better on better ground. I was very worried about the ground today as I thought it was going to be too heavy. The entries for the mares novice at Cheltenham close tomorrow and she will be entered in that.

It was a good performance from her as she hadn't run since Punchestown, and it was her first run over hurdles,. She jumped great, but early on she was a bit keen, and she was jumping a bit up in the air. When he needed her she jumped great. I'm really pleased because that ground is heavy and she obviously goes on it. She really was fresh and well. She is in the Royal Bond and she will probably end up going there. It's a nice distance and she'll end up getting a seven pound mares allowance.

I've been trying to win this race for a while and had the second (Sunni May) last year. She has been showing us that she is useful but you never really know what you need in this race. She will go for the Mares Listed Bumper at Punchestown. She's entitled to go for that now.
