My horses have been running well in defeat but we just weren't getting over the line so this is great. He was unlucky the last day when he was left on his own and idled a bit. He has a nice mark and is improving a bit as he is switching off; he had been very hard on himself and Donagh (Meyler) said he is starting to learn. We'll stick to handicaps and hopefully he might get an opportunity around Christmas. It is great for his owner (and breeder) Martin Walsh who is a loyal supporter.

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Molly Kaye (GB) trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount made a mistake at the last flight on the first circuit.
