That's grand as she has been placed two or three times. It's good to get the job done. We'll maybe try and win another handicap but she has won a point-to-point so maybe we will move on to a beginners' chase.

The Stewards interviewed J.J. Slevin, rider of Tranquil Magic, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that J.J. Slevin was in breach of regulation 10.3(f) in that he used his whip with excessive frequency. Having considered J.J. Slevin's previous record in this regard, the Stewards suspended him for five racedays and referred him for one day to R.A.C.E.
