Reisk Superman has always been a horse with ability but the 10-year-old has been no stranger to his problems. There was no such problems today however as the Tony Martin trained odds on favourite absolutely bolted up by 11 lengths.

Held up for a long way of this two-mile-one-furlong contest he crept closer and headed affairs three out along side long time leader Go Silver Bullet.

The winner went on from two out and with Summer Seeds looking to pose the biggest threat at one stage but he could only stay on at one pace as the winner asserted.

Of Summer Seeds he has been running very well and consistently of late and a rewarding pot should not be too far away.

Go Silver Bullet just faded in his attempt to make all and ended 20 lengths off the winner who would be a different class at his best so connections should not be too disheartened by the effort.

Marmalade Sky deserves to win a race for his consistency but will have to drop in class for him to do so.
