The Stewards requested a report from Mrs Rose Loxton (in GB), trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Caid Du Berlais (FR), placed first, as compared with its last run. Mr Sam Loxton, Authorised Representative of Mrs Rose Loxton, reported that his charge ran disappointingly on its last run, probably due to the going.
