The Stewards interviewed Mr. D. Cullen, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Starter, in relation to the withdrawal at the start of Henry's Dream. Evidence was heard from Mr D. Cullen and Mr. A.M. King, rider of Henry's Dream
Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr. Cullen withdrew the horse as per his powers under Rule 208 (vi) but had concerns over the time of the withdrawal and the lack of communication in relation to the withdrawal, and the fact that the public announcement had not been made until sometime after the race was complete. The Stewards therefore referred the matter to the CEO of the Irish Horse Regulatory Board for further investigation

An I.N.H. flat race for four, five, six and seven yrs old mares only, that have not won a *race and are EBF eligible Weights - 4-y-o 11st 4lb; 5, 6 and 7-y-o 11st 9lb Riders - Qualified under I.N.H.S. Rules. who are Professional under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii) (up to and including 6th August) may also ride in this race.
