Dream start for MacAuley
She won here bumper here in November. She's going the right way and she's getting more settled in her races and her jumping is coming together. The ground was perfect here for her today she wouldn't want it any faster. She will go for the Shannon Spray Hurdle at Limerick in a few weeks time. Eoin [McCarthy] has been with me since he was 12 and he gave her a lovely ride.
This is my first winner in Downpatrick. He loved the ground here today. We will wait to see what the handicapper does with him next, he's only a small horse. I have about 14 horses in training most of them are young horses.
Ballytrim wins Powers Ulster Grand National
That's my first time winning the race. We have possibly being dropping him out too much in his races, the better ground was a big help today. The Irish National is a possibility for him or we may go to Punchestown.
Mullins records double at Downpatrick
I'm delighted with the way he jumped, he'd lost his way a bit but seems to be back to himself. I've only had him about 8 weeks or so. We will probably go to Fairyhouse and Punchestown with him, if we can find a winners of one race in between that would be great. It looks as though he might get further than 2 miles.
