Easy win for Hussar as 'gamble' is landed
He bowled away nicely in front and he won nicely enough but it was an ordinary race.
Khothry just denies Neophilia her hat-trick
1, 2 for Murphy as O'Brien doubles up
He'll go to Galway and he'll make a nice summer hurdler in time. The runner-up will go to Galway too. Additional reporting by Thomas Weekes
Italy beats Steps on first run for De Bromhead
I'm delighted. Andrew gave him a super ride. I thought the favourite was a certainty but that's obviously why I don't bet! . It was a savage run and he jumped great and all is good.
Tough Chris scores for O'Connell & Neville
She is really tough and she was unlucky up in the North when she fell. Moira McElligott rode her that day and she broke her collarbone from the fall. She usually rides her and she is one of members of the winning syndicate (the Blue Diamond Syndicate).
Ballylibert wins for Enright & Tyner
He handled that ground and he was given a top class ride by Phillip. He'll probably go for a handicap chase now at Roscommon on August 6th. He will go back hurdling as well, as he is entitled to win a hurdle.
Your Busy makes all to win the feature
He had a great run the last day and he needed to improve from it as it was his first run back after a break. I was very a happy with the run at Bellewstown and in fairness to him he hasn't had his ground in two seasons. He had been disappointing but I thought he had a great chance today and I told a few people to back him each-way. He got a freebie in front and he jumped great. He has always been better over fences and he will go for the Galway Blazers now.
1, 2 for Fahey as Sunday takes the last
It's a pity one of them had to lose. Both have brilliant owners and there are very good friends. It's a pity we had to run them against each other but we have so many young horses. The ground was safe so we had to let them take their chance. She will have a break now and her main aim will be to go back to Navan for that Listed mares bumper.
