Dunkirk Harbour docks in Killarney
He wasn't doing a lot in front but he was rated to win the race and I had a grand position on him, and he quickened up and put it to bed early.

Marnane eyes Galway for Koybig
We got him last year and Denis McGettigan wanted a couple of horses for friends of his and we had him in Dundalk last year, but I didn't think he was on the top of his game. He has had a break this year and has come back very well and had a good run at Limerick the last day (when third). There are a couple of options at Galway and while he hasn't run there, he'd suit Galway and looks like he'd come out of the dip well.
There's Somethinboutangela in Killarney
She was in front a bit early but she travels so well and the last day things didn't go right. She had a good run previously at Tramore when she jumped a bit high but is starting to jump fluently now. She can drop down in trip and will be a grand mare to go chasing. The owners are from Galway and she might go there as she is a fun mare and we'll make the most of it. The owners were in hard luck last year with Hurricane Ben being killed. I only have two horses in for the summer and there is a 5,000 euro bonus today, so that is the icing on the cake.
Static Jack another July winner for in-form Cromwell
He is definitely better going left-handed as he was beaten a nose going right-handed at Down Royal and it cost him. We only have him a few weeks and he has well paid for himself now. It has been a brilliant spell but all the ones that are after winning, the handicapper has hit some of them pretty hard and they might struggle the next day. They have won though and it's great. We'll have ten or 12 horses for Galway and Ming Dynasty runs here on Thursday and will have an entry for the Galway Hurdle. Thursday's race is a win-and-you're-in and if he wins on Thursday he'll take his chance in the Galway Hurdle.
All The Angels lands a punt in Killarney
He had a good solid effort at Roscommon a month ago and I'm delighted to win at a local track. He was previously a 40,000gns yearling and has taken to jumping really well and Kevin said he got in deep to every hurdle but was rapid fast up in front. He is only a baby and hopefully there will be a few more in him. We won't aim too big and Listowel (in September) will be his main target as all his owners are from north Kerry. We've only three horses to run on the track this summer but I'm very busy with young horses; we think we're going to have a good year this year, fingers crossed.
Glint In Her Eye just prevails after duel
Sometimes it is hard for those mares to carry a winners' penalty and she has gone and done her job. She has a bit of pedigree and will probably go and run in a maiden hurdle from here. She'll rattle off that ground all day and is a typical Presenting.
