Dark Vega leads home Harrington 1-3
She's a lovely filly, very relaxed, very calm and did it well. That'll probably be her for the year now. I'd say that was probably a very good maiden. I'm delighted with her and it's lovely to get a winner for Maurice (Regan). She's going to be a mile filly the way she finished that out. We'll look for something early on with an ease in the ground. She might end up a Guineas filly, you don't know, it's a long time between now and then. I'd say the other fella (Paris Lights) needs a mile plus now and he's going to be a mile-and-a-half horse next year. Shane said he's still very gormless and was looking around him. He'll be alright.

Doubles for Harrington & Newtown Anner
It's lovely to get a win out of him and it's great for Newtown Anner to have a double on the day. He deserves that, he's a great big baby and he is better since he got castrated — he's behaving much better. He might go for a handicap, he needs a mile-and-a-half upwards and nice easy ground. We just didn't get soft enough ground for him during the summer. He was going to go to the sales but they might keep him now.

Sheehy excels on Olivia Valere
Mikey gave her a brilliant ride, she's not the most straightforward and probably doesn't find a whole lot off the bridle. Trip-wise we don't even know as she travels so strong but doesn't find much, but he gave her a great ride today. She's a filly with a very good pedigree so it's important to get a winning bracket for her. She's entered at Gowran next week and she might turn up there.
Curraheen Princess quick from traps under Doyle
She's a game little one and Joe (Doyle) said she toughed it out well there. She had only a light weight and we had no other race so we had to take our chance. Hopefully she'll keep on improving. She's in at Navan next week and there is also another 45-75 here in under a fortnight. Maybe the Curragh would suit her better and we might stick to here. She really wants a dig in the ground so if she runs again here that will be it for the year. She's won twice now and she's paying her way.
