'Little Parisian' leads Mullins top level 1-2
That was a good prep run. I'm happy with both of them and both will go to Cheltenham for the Triumph. Hopefully both will improve from that and they are two nice horses to be going with. I also have Dicosimo who will go there as well.
Who's That 20/1 winner!
her two runs this year were in deep ground and we were hoping the drier ground today would be a help and she was just beaten here last year. She got stopped a bit before the straight but when she got out she stayed on very well. I've had five or six winners this year and she's been beating them all at home so I would have been very disappointed not to have won with her. It's great for the owner (David Cornwall) who hasn't been very well; he bred her and has been a great patron. I've been sticking to these mares handicap hurdles and this is a serious pot to win.
Nichols, Mullins and Walsh win DeloitteNovice
he did what he does on the Flat - stays. He jumped and stayed and he's improving all the time. I thought he mightn't beat the grey horse (Alvisio Ville) but I'd say the grey horse lacked experience and beat himself: remember the winner is a professional racehorse. The way he jumped I wouldn't be afraid to go back to two miles. He was gaining half a length or a length at his hurdles there and they were no slouches in behind. He did it the hard way from the front and that's the way you could win at Cheltenham. He's in the three races (novices at Cheltenham) and I imagine he would be a Neptune type but I wouldn't rule out the Supreme. It'll depend on what way the ball bounces with other horses as we have plenty of horses for the Albert Bartlett.
G1 gives Meade/Carberry more to celebrate
He did what we thought he could do today and it was a good race with no hiding places. He'll go for the 2m5f (JLT Novices Chase) at Cheltenham and will go straight there - whatever he faces there, he'll face and whatever happens, happens. When he got beaten by Don Poli it looked like he didn't get three miles but we might try it again in time. I'm delighted for Paul (Hunt) who has been a great supporter and it's great for him to win a race like this. He's not here as he's on his way back from Dubai. Paul is a fabulous guy to have on your side. He doesn't try to force it and lets the horse do the talking.
McCoy rides winner on memorable Irish visit
it's amazing the ways things work out as my father got him the job with Toby Balding and I gave him his first winner after the 4,000 and that winner now.

Mullins completes hat-trick in hunters chase
he'll go to Fairyhouse I think, as he's not qualified across the water (for either the Cheltenham or Aintree Foxhunters). Patrick said he wasn't in love with it today; he jumped the first two or three exuberantly but then shortened up a bit and maybe it was getting a bit dry. Hopefully he stays right until Fairyhouse.

he's improved from the last day a little bit. I was happy with his preparation,â
