He obviously likes it here. He won his bumper here. I thought two miles would be a bit sharp, but he jumps brilliantly and that's a big plus. He's been on the go a while so we'll take him home and see before making any plans.

He's a proper summer ground horse. I was a bit worried about the trip and that's why I bounced out and made it. Hopefully there'll be another race in him during the summer.
Byrnes dominates In A Nutshell
it's nearly two years since he (In A Nutshell) ran here last and today he was running from a 5lbs lower mark. He likes that ground and they went a really good gallop which suited. He looked beaten but Davy gave him a great ride. We'll tip away with him over the summer.

we fancied her each-way and would have been disappointed if she didn't finish third behind the two favourites (Silver Chief and Roisin Dubh). She loves good ground and also wants three miles and we'll look for a handicap next.
On The Way Out delivers in style
He has been a long time threatening. Age is no barrier when you have the heart. It's nice he's after proving himself. It has been a long road as he's been quite high in the handicap, but has come down recently. I hope the handicapper doesn't do too much to him now.
