He was entitled to win that on his bumper form. He was second in the Land Rover Bumper, but he has had a few problems since. Its great to win for the owner (Annette Mee) and he may go for a handicap hurdle at the Galway Festival now.

Lucky back to winning ways

Its been a while since he stuck his head in front and its nice to be in the No 1 spot with him again. He is very consistent and he was entitled to win that race. Although he has failed to win similar races in the past. They have done a good job watering the track but Barry (Geraghty) said to me the ground was a bit dead for him. He will have an entry in the Galway Plate, where he will need the ground good or quicker. Like a lot of other horses he was bang there with a chance approaching the last but he came down (in last year's Plate).

Chief completes unique double for the Wilmott's

We were delighted with his first run back at Ballinrobe. He has had leg trouble and we thought he would come on for that run and he has. He's jumping won it for him, he jumped super and Robert (Jones) gave him a great ride. He loves the good ground.

Sliabh skates home in last at Limerick

We were hopeful she would run well but we weren't expecting her to win. We have no plans for her now but it is great to win. She will probably go for a maiden hurdle now during the winter. Her co-owner Tony Harrington (with Ms Eileen O'Brien) from Dungarvan has been twenty five years waiting for this.
