On foot of the receipt of a photograph sent to them from A.L. McKeever, IHRB Judge, the Stewards enquired into the positioning of a racecourse photographer during today's meeting where it appeared the agreed protocols were not being adhered to. Evidence was heard from Mr. Peter Killeen, Racecourse Manager and Mr. Pat Healy, Photographer. Recordings of the apparent breaches of the agreed protocols were viewed by the Stewards. The photographic evidence submitted by the Judge was also viewed. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards noted Mr. Healy's apology regarding his breach of the agreed protocols and his assurance that he would follow the protocols in future. The Stewards advised Mr. Healy that if there was a breach of protocol at any track in the future, the matter may be referred to the IHRB
