The sponsorship in relation to Kayfast Warrior (IRE), trained by Donald McCain, did not comply with the Sponsorship Code of Conduct.
McCain was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that the correct sponsorship is carried.
An enquiry was held to consider interference when rounding the final bend involving Al Kherb (GB), placed sixth, ridden by Miss Sarah Bowen, the winner, Feel The Pinch (GB), ridden by Connor Brace, Kayfast Warrior (IRE), placed third, ridden by Brian Hughes and Gamesters Icon (GB), placed second, ridden by Mr Toby Wynne.
As 7lb claiming amateurs, both Miss Bowen and Mr Wynne were offered the opportunity to be accompanied in the enquiry but declined.
Hughes was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he initiated a move to his right, into an insufficient gap giving Al Kherb (GB) a significant bump which in turn caused the gelding to turn the quarters of Feel The Pinch (GB).
Shortly afterwards, Gamesters Icon (GB) hung right-handed at the same time as Brace on Feel The Pinch (GB) edged slightly left-handed when attempting to hold his line causing Al Kherb (GB) to be buffeted for room over some distance between Kayfast Warrior (IRE) and Feel The Pinch (GB).
An enquiry was held to consider interference after jumping the last hurdle involving Gamesters Icon (GB), placed second, ridden by Mr Toby Wynne and the winner, Feel The Pinch (GB), ridden by Connor Brace.
As a 7lb claiming amateur, Mr Wynne was offered the opportunity to be accompanied in the enquiry but declined.
Brace was cautioned for careless riding as he took insufficient steps to prevent his horse from hanging left-handed, leaving Mr Wynne slightly short of room against the rail.
