She keeps winning. On her run in Galway she was entitled to win this. I'd say we'll probably be going jumping fences sooner rather than later off her mark - she is only 105 over fences. I'd say we will have to go jumping fences, she has the size for it. She is probably going to get another 7lb there so we will have to go jumping fences.

She didn't run terribly badly in Listowel, just she kicked hurdles out of the ground. I don't think she likes the traditional hurdles. She has run best over EasyFix hurdles. She had two months off after Listowel and we sent her down to Mallow for an introduction back. She came on for the run and duly obliged. A big thank you to John Taylor (from Dromore in Co Down) who sent me her from Gordon Elliott's. She had been working extremely well. Andrew (Ring) thought a step up in distance would help her and it certainly has - she galloped all the way to the line. She is what she is and this is her grade.

Rebel Og impresses on debut despite market drift

She was very good. She was a little green early on but once the penny dropped for her I was just doing a half speed everywhere. I got there a mile too soon but I was just travelling that well. Her dam, Oscar Rebel, was a very good mare and she might be as good, maybe better!. It's a hard track to come first-time out. Early on it was quite rough and she wasn't carrying me but once she got clear air she was on a different track.
